I'm Charlie and I love fine food, cooking, and the culinary arts. At a very early age, my late Grandfather instilled a passion for gastronomy that has only grown stronger as I matured. After world-wide travels and working at two Michelin restaurants in Europe,
I returned down under with a deep seated love for innovative cuisine. Zlatý allows me to share my creativity and enthusiasm - with each product, dish, and recipe that
I create, I aim to showcase fresh and vibrant produce, while focusing on locality and native flavours.
Zlatý is proudly committed to doing our part in reducing carbon footprints by using 100% recycled containers, using only free-range eggs, recycling raw food waste, and buying local and seasonal produce.
