White Onion Purée

What can’t you use white onion purée in!?! So many of my favourite recipes called for white onion purée, that it just had to be done. Use it in sauces for your lamb and fish dishes - the result is so rich and velvety; making it such a versatile accompaniment or addition to any meal.
